It looks like I will be putting my shop up for sale. It is a donut/breakfast/cake shop in Prairie Grove Arkansas. My husband currently fries the donuts for me at night and I sell them during the day with one employee I have on for two hours. My husband has been offered a position to good to turn down. I don't want to run the place by myself.

I currently am taking about one cake order a day. It is really just starting to take off as being recognized as a cake shop. The real sales are in the donuts and the breakfast. It does 9,000 to 10,000 a month in gross sale. It has a very busy drive thru. The building is older, but the rent is only $550 a month. The Donut Shop has been in this location, in this town for 15 plus years.

I'll put a picture on this thread soon. I'm going have my accountant get some numbers together, I've never sold a business before and would love advice and suggestions!

It's the breakfast foods and donut deliveries and drinks.
