Can anyone please tell me how to unclog a edible print cartridge??? My black edible ink will not print and I need a picture for a Friday order, it is Wednesday now. I posted on both forums.....PLEEEEESE help me!!!
I have only had a print head clog and if that is what it is have you tried to steam blast it? I bought a hand held steamer at Walgreens when that happened to me. It was a mess but it comes with a nozzle that concentrates it directly where it needs to go. Not sure how to unclog a cartridge. Sorry, I know how stressful it is. Maybe this will bump you up at least.
Could you email or call customer service at the manufacturer? They might be able to help you-it must be a fairly common problem.
