http://www.sugaredproductions.com/ has great videos... Sharon Zambito is the person in the video and the one selling them....her cakes are awesome and so are the videos. Her alias here is Sugarshack....super nice lady.
For flowers you could try Nicholas lodge...

Sharon's are really great. Nicholas Lodge is fab. Aine2 has videos that are adorable. You can also get some instructional books / DVDs at www.lickthespoonproductions.com

I'm a real NEWBIE, and I just got Sharon's dvds. Can I just say WOW!! 
I learned soooo much from these already. Try to get these if you can.
