Instructional Dvds For Modeling Figures??

Help! I totally suck at modeling people out of fondant/gumpaste. The proportions always come out worng, parts fall off, break or stretch, and they never looks as cute as others. I have a couple of books that show some modeling, but I still can't get it. Are there any DVD's on the subject out there??
