I normally use a glaze for cookies, but I forgot to buy corn syrup. I decided to try Antonia74's RI. I thinned it out, but I can't get it smooth! Please help me!!

I use Antonia74's RI for cookies and have never had this problem. The only thing I can think is that the sugar was lumpy for some reason. Did you mix it for a full 10 minutes? Sorry I'm not much help.
