I am working on a relativly large wedding and am making cupcakes for the "groomscake" and each cupcake is going to have a 3d gumpaste figure ontop. How early can I start making the 3d sculptures? I wanted to start today.... and then thought... maybe too early. I don't know... I really want this to be 100% PERFECT!

Gumpaste figures will keep for a long time so I say go ahead and make them.
