Help With Baby Butt Cake!

Im making a round cake with the baby bum on top and the little legs and feet sticking out, could someone please help me out? I am not sure how to make the butt and the feet!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have this mental image of a little baby with his head in the cake and his cute little bum and feet kicking in the air. Is it really just a bum and feet? icon_eek.gif
