Hi,
I usually add a small 4 serving pudding dry mix to duncan hines and i add an extra egg and follow the rest of the directions on the back of the box. Its very moist, very stable and everyone seems to love it! It works well under fondant as well! Well hope this helps. Also you just choice the flavor of pudding according to the mix. Ex. I use white chocolate or cheesecake for white cake, vanilla for yellow, chocolate for chocolate, banana for banana, lemon for lemon, it is very yummy!
