I am making a half dozen cupcakes, so you can imagine how little IMBC I need. What's the smallest amount of IMBC or SMBC you would suggest is possible to make in a KA 5qt, so that I don't encounter any problems from the mixing bowl being too huge? Any thoughts?? Thanks!
