What do you use this for?? i love almond flavoring but want to know what to do with the paste??

It's a great ingredient. Very popular in French technique baking. I have TONS of recipes that use it. Almond cream is probably my favorite thing to do with this (I also have a variation that uses almond flour in place of almond paste). You can use it in filling, tarts, cookies, cakes. Almond paste is also the main ingerdient in marzipan, if you are wanting to make your own.
