What is it and what is it used for?
It's used for making the Nicholas Lodge gumpaste recipe found on this site and also his website nicholaslodge.com.You can also add it to fondant to make quickie gumpaste.
it is also used for making edible glue.. this recipe is also on nicholas lodge site.... different people make it different ways...hth
