Does anyone have this brand of mixer? I am trying to figure out how to adjust the speed?

WoW! I WISH I had this mixer, but sorry, I do not. I did see a troubleshooting website though...http://www.fixya.com/support/american_eagle/mixers. Maybe you can find an answer there.

I just looked at the AE website. I says turn off, change gears, turn back on. Are the gears not engaging? If not try to change to the gear you want, and turn the beater by hand till the gear engages. Then you should be able to turn it back on in the desired gear.

Thanks Mike

I turned the gear but didn't turn it off the first time. I did the second time but it still turns at the same speed I figured I was doing something wrong. Maybe I need to have it checked
