I really want to make a martini cake for my upcoming martini party, but I want it to be standing not flat. Can it be done? Any ideas on how to contain the top part of the martini? I planned on using a very sturdy "pole" covered in fondant for the stem, cake for the base with a styrofoam cake board. I'm just having a hard time with the top of the martini and how to balance it and make it look good. Thank you so much for ANY ideas!!
