Where Can I Can Satin Ice Retail?

I can't find anyplace around that sells it retail - only Wilton
. Or does anyone have a foolproof recipe? I've tried making it before, but it came out so dry! I am making a "Bubble Birthday Cake" for my daughter - who's turining 5 this weekend, and bubbles are our theme! Thanks for any help!
Try a restaurant supply store, if there are any where you live. There is one near me that sells Pettinice although I have never seen Satin Ice there (then again I never asked).
Or if running around town doesn't appeal to you, I like Rhonda's Marshmallow Fondant recipe here on CC, it's easy to make and never dry. Tastes good too, my daughter would eat the whole brick of it if I let her. http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-3183-2-Rhondas-Ultimate-MMF.html
Don't know where you are located but The Cake Cottage sells ONLY Satin Ice. They are currently putting together a online store but may be if you call they can accomodate you earlier. Check out their site www.thecakecottage.net
