hi CC...i need to make a mango mousse and need a moist and airy cake. i'm in search of a perfect cake but can't decide if a sponge or chiffon cake will work best...

I prefer to eat sponge, but for airy mango mousse I would go with chiffon. Sounds like a tasty cake!
