Have my first large wedding cake, three tiers on top of fountain with puffed hearts at base of fountain. Where I live I could only get regular shaped styrofoam, so I got my husband to cut out puffed hearts. Problem is they are rough. I'm afraid the applied fondant will look rough.Need ideas on getting styro smooth :
