Have you had a chance to look in the gallery, using the search word Motorcycle? I know I've seen at least one amazing stand-up motorcycle cake here, I can't recall who did it but if you find it in the gallery, you could send a PM to the decorator to see if he/she is willing to part with any tips. I myself can't add any advice since I've never made one.
