" Help Needed With Letter Templetes"

I know this sounds crazy.....But can someone please explain to me how to use a templete I really want to use the letter templetes but not sure how!!!

Sorry I can't answer your question as I have never used the templates, but just wanted to suggest that you will likely have a better chance of getting the right person to answer you if in your subject line you put something like "Help needed with letter templates" instead of just "how do you...". It just makes it easier for the person who has the answer to find the person with the question!!
