Cakeboss Announcement: Going In For My C-Section Monday 8/11
Decorating By kelleym Updated 15 Aug 2008 , 11:03pm by kelleym
Hey guys! For all those who may not be aware, my DH and I are expecting our 3rd baby, and I am scheduled for a c-section on Monday 8/11 due to her being very stubbornly breech. It's a serious bummer for me, because I've had two 8 1/2 lb baby boys naturally, and thanks to this headstrong little girl I don't even have that option this time!! ![]()
So the main purpose of my post is to let CakeBoss users, and anyone else who may have questions and be emailing me in the next week, to let you know that Jon and I will be largely unavailable for the week of 8/11- 8/18, and emails will likely not be responded to during that time. We appreciate everyone's patience, and will try to get things back to "normal" as soon as we possibly can.
Wish me luck!! We're very excited to complete our family with a little princess!
Congrats on your new baby!
I've had two c-sections. If you need tips on recovery or a basic description of what to expect, pm me.
Congrats!! One of my twins was breech and I had them naturally. It's a whole new kind of pain! Be happy your having a c section! I wish you well w/ a safe delivery and happy , healthy baby! ![]()

Congratulations!
Poor you...I had three vaginal births followed by a c-section. The vaginal births were infinitely easier, but as long as the end result is a healthy momma/healthy baby...it's all good!
You go, girl!
Congrats and best of luck with your new little girl. They are definitely a lot of fun!
Oh c'mon Kelley, not willing to take your laptop to the Delivery Room??? lol
Hey, all the best for tomorrow's special delivery...many happy returns to you and your family!!!
<hugs!>
my second was a BREECH one! He's still showing his rear to this day and he's only 4!! Very stubborn and independent! It really wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be (the Csection). Good luck! Happy Birth Day!
Congratulations! So she's already giving you trouble =) Wait till she's a teenager =) Good luck and hope you have a speedy recovery and a healthy baby!
