I did an amaretto cake with raspberry cream filling for my sisiter in laws wedding. It turned out great. I just substituted amaretto for the liquid in the dream cake receipe. The raspberry cream filling is in the receipe section on here. I iced with buttercream icing. Hope this helps.
Search the recipes here for "Amaretto Divine" looks like a decent recipe and it has an almond whipped cream filling.
Other options for fillings: Strawberry or Chocolate, both are complimentary to amaretto.
Remember amaretto is almond flavored.....so adding almond to your flavors will enhance the amaretto taste.
