My gumpaste is drying out too quickly. Is there anything I can do so it doesn't dry so fast. I can't even cut out the pieces I need for one piece without it getting too dry. Please help.
Mix in some fondant and this will slow down the drying process. You can do a 70 gum paste and 30% fondant. Good luck
Or you could work in a little crisco and see if that helps.
