I made it on July 12 and it's been in tupperware in my fridge since then. Do you think I could use it on a cake for tomorrow or should I make a new batch? TIA
I know that I have had buttercream in the fridge for almost 2 weeks and it was still good. If I were you I would taste it and see what you think. It might also depend on what buttercream recipe you use. hth
