question, Is there a chocolate cake filling that would not need to be refigerated. I am not sure if they should be refigerated or not, but the ingredients in the recipes I have found (cream) lead me to think that they should be. TIA Danni
you could use chocolate buttercream. it doesn't need refridgerated. or you can mix a jar of preserves with buttercream. hth
