i only have a few i like to collect the books of the year each memeber of the household was born..kind of strange i know but it does give me something to do.. i have 74,80,01..then my hubbie bought me the 06 but he just got me that one bc it looked interesting.
I thought I was the only one buying the books in special years, birthday year, wedding year, etc etc......I have a extra years but mainly getting ones of the years of birth in our house... whats aggravating is I cant seem to get my 2000 yearbook... I kind of wish Ebay only did Buy it now..I hate having to wait before I can see if I won.! 
Yeah I am an ebay freak also!!! I have every Wilton yearbook from 1980 up until 2006....they are great for cake ideas!!
I have 5 yearbooks and its true most of them are catalog but i enjoy looking at the cakes because i too offen find myself blank. sometimes i like to combine different ideas from yearbooks.
I totally totally agree..... I am always need inspiration or ideas....and they give me lots of ideas. In fact I have had a few people look through them to give them ideas for the party they are planning and then ask me if I can do that cake.....I can usually dup cakes, now the thing is do they look as good.....
