I have a possible order for a small wedding cake. She is leaving for Florida Wednesday, (it is a 10 -12 hour drive from here), which means I will have to decorate Tuesday. The wedding is not until Friday (on the beach). I'm debating not even doing it. My question is will the cake stay fresh until Friday is I decorate on Tuesday?
