Just saw this on a post and looked it up amazing! seems to be similar technique as FBCT just a little more practice for the proper colors of chocolate. Good luck!

I do alot of CTs and my main discover is the use of a cone made from cellophane for the basic outline - you will never get as thin a line with disposable plastic/parchment bags!
