Hi all...
Need some opinions... I will be bringing a cake to a Luau Party on Saturday, and would like to use Jaimee679's Pina Colada Cake...

It sounds really good. I'm wondering if there is any reason why I couldn't use the extender recipe with this cake to make more batter...??? The bottom tier is going to be a 12" Petal, so I need more...
Any ideas for the top tier? I was thinking about Alana's Strawberry Lemonaid...
Also...I would like to bake these ahead of time... I have never frozen a cake with fruit in it... Does this work ok?
