Dumb? What Is The Diff Between Devil's Food And Reg Choc?

What is the difference between Devil's Food and regular chocolate cake? Also, if there is a big technical difference does anyone have a good recipe for a Devil's food cake? I use a really good chocolate butter cake, is there anything I could sub out in that?

In my opinion, devils food is a very "chocolatey" cake...
