Stabalized Whipped Cream Frosting?

I've never used it, but I want to on a cake I'm making today. Anything I should know? How does it handle color?

I love it. Yum yum yum. It colors to pastel shades. Goes really well with chocloate fudge cake and raspberry filling. icon_biggrin.gif

will make nice shells and stars, but to soft for flowers
