I did this cake for this past weekend for a birthday. I thought it came out pretty well. The horse is cake the fence is stryfoam covered with fondant and painted with food color. The board is 3 ft x 2 ft. Its covered with material and then clear plastic. My friend did the painting on the horse. Just thought I'd share it with other cakers.

Wow, what a great cake. Bet the foandant was hard to do with all the angels. Great idea on the board and fence!
