Lemon Curd Is It Bad? Please Help.

I made lemon curd 4 days ago, it's in a bowl cover with wrap in the fridge. I need to use it for a cake I am baking tomorrow for my sil birthday. Is it still good. should I freeze it will it stand even in the cake tomorrow until sunday when we cut it. please help?

Usually lemon curd will last for a long while because of the acidity. Take a little taste test and see if it tastes fresh. I think it should work just fine. Sounds yummy! I do not think you should freeze it.

You might want to keep the cake in the fridge before cutting it...it sould only be out in normal tempurature for a couple hours...

It should be fine. With the acidity, and the sugar, lemon curd will last for a LONG time before starting to spoil (2 weeks or more).
