Color...tiffany Blue ?? Help!!!

What colors do you mix to get Tiffany blue, I have to make a Tiffany box tomorrow and my color chart does not have one for this color.Any help would be great!

I did one once and used wilton color teal

I did a wedding cake in Tiffany blue and I used Wilton Sky Blue with just a small touch of green added.
