I am doing a 3 tiered, fondant covered, stacked cake for Sunday. This is my first time transporting a 3 tier and when I did my first 2 tier, the drive was hell with shifting. I plan on doweling it and doing a central dowel. Here are my questions:
Should I poke the central dowel into my decorative bottom cake board? Will that keep it from moving on the ride?
Can you give me any other advice for taking a three tier on a 30 minute ride?
