Cafe Con Leche Buttercream Recipe?

I came across a Nutella filled cupcake w/ cafe con leche buttercream that I would like to recreate but I've had no success in finding a recipe.....can anyone help?
Well, I've never heard of it but would really like to try it! It just sounds delicious...

Not sure if it helps at all, but could you use a basic buttercream that has milk/cream in it and add coffee syrup to it or flavor?
Bring to a rapid boil, then decrease to a slow boil about an hour. Cool and add 2 tbsp vanilla.
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup instant coffee
pinch salt
1.5 cups water
I use this as my base for homemade coffee liqueur and found it is great in buttercream!
