Make your truffles the normal way and you can basically add anything you want to them. So once you've melted your chocolate and added your cream add 1 - 2 tablespoons (depending on taste) of grand marnier or cointreau (for the orange taste) and let it set before rolling them into balls. You could also add orange zest for that extra orange flavour.

if you wanted a heavier flavor you could always add the flavoring to the cream before you boil it. The extra liquid would be lost in the boil.
