Bc Crumb Coat Question?

After I give my cake a BC crumb coat, before i put the fondant on, Can I put in back in the firdge or the freezer to keep it fresh?

yes, but you probably will need to moisten the bc before you put on the fondant or it will not stick. I use a light misting, although some people I hear just pat it with a wet paper towel.
