Sandwich Cookie Filling?

Hi,
I'm in need of a recipe for cookie filling (like the white filling between Oreo cookies)
I searched for a recipe but nothing comes up. Can somebody help me out?

If you google copycat recipe oreo, you'll find a bunch.

The icing in an Oreo is Fondant. I like the Satin Ice that is the best!!
