Can anyone please tell me how to attach ears on an elephant head? It is a large cake and so the ears have to be about 6 inches long or so and half as wide- I have tried a dozen things and each time the ears just collapse or break off when I try to attach them on the head. Help!!!!

. . . sorry, I'm having a tough time envisioning what you are trying to do . . . what are the ears made of . . . do you have any photos of your work in progress that we can see so maybe we can come up with a solution to your dilemma . . .
