Wiggles Car Cake Tutorial?

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to make the wiggles car?????

I did a couple of them when I was working at the bakery, and we used the Wilton 3D Cruiser pan.

You can see a photo in my gallery I did with a 3D cruiser. It wasnt the best icing job but I really liked my characters. I still have the images if you want.

I used the 3D cruiser pan as well. But I didn't make figures, I just stuck a laminated pic of the little guy in the car.
