Hi there, need to know how to get a flat top for the cupcakes. How long must I bake or at what degree. I normally bake at 170 degree C for 20 mins. Thanks... icon_lol.gif .

Try filling the cupcake papers about half full.

I have no idea how to get them to bake that way. I level them with a knife after they've cooled. HTH!!!

Hi amylim, I bake about the same temp/time, though I usually start at 15 minutes first batch to see how it goes, then adjust for next batches.

When I remove from oven, if they have domes on them, I place a clean towel on them, then a flat surface and slighty press the steam out. Works like a charm for me!

Best of lcuk!!
