Just be sure not to drag your measuring cup through the flour! Instead, slightly aerate the flour and then gently spoon into measuring cup - level with knife scraped across top (don't shake).

Anytime I make a chocolate cake from scratch, I always use the recipe on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa container! I especially like to use it when I make 'Butterfinger Cake' (Chocolate cake with a jar of carmel syrup poured over it & then top with whip cream and crushed butterfinger candy bars) *YUMMMY*
