I have a wedding cake tomorrow (Sunday) and I have to place 48 chocolate dipped strawberries on the cake. I have dried the strawberries overnight in the refrigerator and I have now dipped them in chocolate. They will have a chance to sit overnight. Can I place them on the cake tomorrow am without them bleeding throughout the day. They are on an ivory fondant cake so if they bleed it won't be good! I would like to place them on the cake at my kitchen because the set up of these strawberries is a complicated design and I would like to have a chance to correct any problems before getting to the venue! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would be very hesitant to put them on the cake, before you deliver it. Especially if it's a ivory cake! I would put them on when you get there... What if one rolls off the cake en route, and it leaves a mark?
