Hi everyone!!

I have to delivery 4 dozen cupcake tomorrow afternoon and its been rainy and humid for a few days. I'm worried that the icing will get messed up durring delivery... Can I freeze the iced cuppies and then transport?
Has anyone done this?

Thanks in advanced for the help... Cake Central Rules!! icon_smile.gif

I use the refrigerator & they made their destination 4 hours away beautifully. If you've frozen this type of icing before, I would think you would get the same results - however I've only placed completely iced cakes in the freezer, so I don't know if the uncovered sides of the cupcakes would have any issues.
