Hi all. I recently purchased a mini cheesecake pan from Williams Sonoma. It has twelve sections with flat inserts in the bottom for removing the cheesecakes. I would love a recipe for this pan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Any cheesecake recipe should work fine in the mini pan. Pick one that sounds yummy and go to town!
Just watch the bake times (instructions may have come with the pan) as it will be markedly lower than a regular cheesecake and possibly at a lower oven temp.
Thanks sadiepix, I will give it a try with a recipe I have for a New York style cheesecake that I have made before.
