I have a cake for Saturday that is going to be a stacked 10 and 6 inch cake. I have thursday off but have to work Friday. Can I cover the cakes in MMF Thursday and then stack them later? Is this too long of a time? I use indydebis BC and I made the MMF. Will the cakes be ok or should I wait unitl saturday (I was thinking thursday in case I need to redo it - first timer icon_smile.gif )

TIA

It depends on the kind of cake, and when you baked it... It should be fine, if it is a "lasting" cake recipe... icon_smile.gif
