I have 2 ideas for strawberry jelly-type fillings and wondered if anyone has a couple more. I'm thinking of trying 3-4 different ones the same day so I can taste test each. Process of elimination.

I use this recipe and just sub strawberries for raspberries and use the lower range of sugar:
