I apologize... I know this is not even original, but it just flew by the new cake pics, and well, I am just so in love with it that I really wanted to share! Sorry!

Question: what kind of fondant do you like to use, and is the brown a chocolate based fondant?

May I ask how you got the bow to stay on the cake? I'm curious because I have a cake coming up where I must do something similar. It seems heavy so I'm wondering where the support comes in.
I used royal icing that I tinted the same color as the bow.
beautiful cake!!!! and i dont' think imitation is a bad thing as long as credit is given!! i think it's a complete compliment! i mean how many brides bring pics of cakes in magazines and tell a decorator... "This is what i want!"
