I am doing a cake for tomorrow morning. The lady wanted a fondant golfer on it (last minute addition). I knew it really needed time to dry, but as quickly as fondant seems to dry I thought it would be o.k. I built him on a thin dowel rod. Everytime I put him on the cake his legs compress and he shrinks. Is there a quick way to dry fondant? Will putting it in the fridge work, or is it too moist?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me!!!

if you want fondant to harden you have to add gumtex to it.
