Okay, I already feel a little embarrassed, but business has been really tough for the last six weeks. I lost a pastry chef and so I have been pulling some crazy long hours, My assistant has a case of vacationitis and has been screwinng up orders right and left, so when I got the call that "Our State" Magazine is doing a story on the best cupcakes in North Carolina and we're in it. 
It just made my day.

The box that they bought had double chocolate hazelnut, Vanilla Buttermilk with Amerena cherry buttercream and Tropical blossoms (Mango cake with Guava buttercream and candied Papaya). I don't know which one/s they liked.
