Anyone know how to make WHITE choc MMF? I want the chocolate taste but the pale colour so I can paint onto it. Will it be chocolatey enough if I just melt white choc chips in with the marshmallows?

You could make chocolate plastic (also called chocolate clay) out of white chocolate. (There's a really good recipe on baking911.com. Then, after it's set up, knead in with the MMF.

Or, I use the white chocolate flavored coffee syrups in place of the water in the MMF recipe.
